Neutrogena Healthy Skin Rejuvenator is claimed to give you softer, younger looking skin in one day. This product contains single use puffs that are attached to the attachment head and wetted before use. The puffs contain mild purifiers and very fine crystals. The head is snapped onto the applicator and used to massage the skin of the face for one or two minutes. After use the skin is rinsed thoroughly and the puff disposed of. Neutrogena state that clinical trials show that the Neutrogena Healthy Skin Rejuvenator reduces many aging signs including wrinkles and age spots and maintains a firmer and softer skin as well as decreasing the size of the pores. It is more effective than microdermabrasion as it can be used two or three times a week for better effectiveness. Included in the pack which sells for around $22 are 12 puffs, applicator and attachment head and two batteries.

Clearly these customers liked the product. Why did some give it a lower rating. One customer, although acknowledging that it was effective thought it was overpriced. In addition to buying the unit you will have to buy extra pads when the supplied pads have been used. Some people thought the pads too small so that it took too long to use all over the face. Also the pads vibrate but do not spin which some customers thought would be more effective. A few customers with dry skin found it to be too harsh and made the skin drier.

Overall this was liked by the majority of people but be aware that you will have to pay for more pads as they are one use only and it does take time to treat your whole face.
