Anti Aging Wrinkle Creams
Growing old is a fact of life but getting those fine lines along the way is one of the most dreaded occurrences. Having wrinkles cannot be stopped but it can be alleviated.
The right anti aging wrinkle cream will be able to remove those fine lines especially when used religiously. However, not all anti ageing creams are created equal, some are more effective than others. But how do you choose the right wrinkle cream for your skin? There are many anti wrinkle products that all claim they are the best and with a great number of creams to choose from, the selection is the hardest part.
Do not be overwhelmed though because all there is to it is to read the label. Look for an anti aging serum that has Retinol, Vitamin C, CoEnzyme Q10, Witch Hazel extract, copper peptides and other herbs and minerals that is good for the skin.
Retinol is an antioxidant and can erase wrinkles with frequent use. A wrinkle serum with Retinol can be very effective especially if it is mixed in Vitamin C. Retinol is not a chemical, this is just a compound of Vitamin A so do not be afraid if this is included in your anti aging formula.
Vitamin C is an important ingredient because it does not only enhance the performance of Retinol but also nourishes the skin and fights harmful free radicals. It is also a good ingredient that fights in sun exposure.
Witch hazel extract on the other hand can aid in preventing crow’s feet. It also helps heal the skin from abrasions and small scratches.
Copper peptides promote collagen production in the dermis making it look younger and more beautiful. Since wrinkles appear because of lack of collagen, helping the skin produce more of this will get rid of all those wrinkles.
Apart from using creams, a healthy lifestyle is one of the best ways to combat wrinkles. Exercising at least 30 minutes a day would be enough to sweat off toxins. Do not forget to replenish afterwards though because if you are not hydrated, your skin is not hydrated as well. Drink lots of water and make sure to take your daily dose of multivitamins.
Eating lots of fruits and vegetables is also a great way to keep your skin looking young. A plate of fruits a day or a glass of fresh fruit juice will be a good start. This will not only make you look and feel younger, it will keep you healthier as well.
Use sunblock when going out and use the wrinkle formula of your choice only at night. Clean your face thoroughly before applying it on your skin. Lightly massage the cream on your face. The massage direction should be upwards to give the face a natural lift.
