10 Tips to Prevent or Remove Wrinkles
Although none of us can prevent the changes that accompany aging we can do lot to minimise the effect getting older has on our skin. Too much lying in the sun, smoking or drinking alcohol can cause us to look older than we are which no amount of money spent on anti wrinkle products will cure. Here are some basic guidelines to help prevent or at least minimise the appearance of wrinkles and keep our skin in good condition.
- Drink plenty of water every day – at least 8 glasses
- Always wear sunscreen
- Moisturise your skin daily
- Exercise regularly to tone the muscles and improve the circulation to the skin
- Cleanse the face twice a day with a gentle cleansing lotion or mild soap
- Have a healthy diet high in anti-oxidants
- Avoid the use of alcohol which is very dehydrating
- Do not smoke
- Make sure you get enough sleep
- Try to avoid any drastic changes of weight. Losing weight rapidly can result in sagging skin and wrinkles
